How Insulin Resistance can effect the amount of calories you can ACTUALLY burn!
We hear time and time again that to lose fat you have to eat less calories than you take in. BUT, how do we know how many calories we are actually outputting IF conventual methods only take into consideration your:
Age, Sex, Activity Level, Muscle/Fat Mass.
While these are important it doesn't take into consideration BRAIN activity (that is for another video) or METABOLIC DYSFUNCTIONS like insulin resistance or DIABETES!
